Our products are highly engineered and built on research. We begin with consumer needs and work together to come up with the best possible solutions. Innovation drives our ability to create high-quality and cost-effective products, whether it’s through consumer testing, developing new materials or designing new processes.

In addition to having innovation as part of our standard methodology, our EAM manufacturing facility specializes in designing unique absorbent cores. Our cores are more absorbent, yet are thinner and more comfortable to wear.

Sustainability means that we take a longer-term view of creating and preserving shareholder value. The pillars of corporate social responsibility – the environment, the economy and society – are fully embedded into our daily activities.

We take an analytical approach to gain a systemic, holistic understanding of risks and opportunities at a facility level. It is not a one-size-fits all approach. Making good decisions requires quality data and a willingness to make tradeoffs that reflect our values.

Our products are personal, and how we get them to market is personal too. We collaborate with our customers to understand their needs, as well as the needs of their customers.

Globally, we sell with partners in three main channels:

  • - Healthcare/Institutional (acute, long-term and in-home care)
  • - Retail (grocery stores, pharmacies, club stores and large retailers)
  • - Direct-to-customers (digital/online)
