The experts in
Absorbent hygiene

We design and produce high quality branded and partner-branded briefs, protective underwear, underpads, pads, washcloths, baby diapers and training pants. Our own recognized brands in this segment include Attends® and Indasec®.

We also sell a complete range of related absorbency and hygiene products, including Butterfly® body liners for accidental bowel leaks.

The high quality absorbent core solutions developed our Jesup, Ga., plant and research complex have redefined the concept of ultrathin disposable absorbent composites. EAM supplies airlaid materials to many of the largest and most successful branded and private label feminine hygiene, adult incontinence, baby diaper, healthcare and packaging companies.

Established in 2011, Domtar’s Personal Care division is part of a Fortune 1000 corporation that has been in business since 1848. Domtar is one of the world’s largest producers of fluff pulp, an important component in absorbent hygiene products. Our seamless integration ensures a stable supply of high-quality raw material.

We develop products from start to finish, with hundreds of people involved in the process of turning consumer needs into unique personal care solutions. We conduct consumer and market research, find the best materials on the market, design proprietary features and run laboratory testing and clinical trials, all with the goal of giving consumers reliable protection to live life with confidence.

Domtar Personal Care has five plants in the United States and Europe where we manufacture adult incontinence products and/or baby diapers: Delaware, Ohio; Greenville, North Carolina; Waco, Texas; Aneby, Sweden; and Toledo, Spain.

Our sixth manufacturing plant, located in Jesup, Georgia, uses proprietary technology to design and manufacture the high performance absorbent cores found in many of our products.

We operate two direct-to-consumer businesses, one in St. Louis, Missouri, and one in Germany.

Our division’s headquarters is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
